At Meraki Fitness & Training, we’re committed to helping you reach your highest potential with a comprehensive range of fitness services designed for every level, interest, and schedule. Whether you’re looking for open gym access, group classes, or personalized coaching, you’ll find everything you need to energize your training and transform your health.

 
  • Easy online booking for all gym access and classes.
  • Morning classes (before 12 PM) require at least 3 people booked by midnight the night before; afternoon/evening classes require a minimum of 3 by noon the same day.
  • Please check the app or website at cut-off time for the latest class status, as notifications are not issued for cancellations.
  • Drop-ins may join any class if the participant minimum is met and space is available.

Group Fitness Classes


Stay motivated and inspired in our instructor-led group classes, open to all experience levels unless otherwise noted:
  • HIIT / Strength Training: Experience the energy of High-Intensity Interval Training sessions merging strength and cardio for effective, full-body conditioning. Classes are tailored for beginners, intermediate, and advanced members. Each session incorporates resistance work, functional movement, and metabolic challenges to maximize results.​
  • Full Body Cardio: Boost cardiovascular endurance and burn calories with dynamic circuit workouts designed to engage every muscle group.​
  • Full Body Circuit (All Levels): An inclusive circuit program focusing on functional training and overall strength, suitable for all backgrounds and abilities.​
  • Step Hip Hop: Fuse fun and fitness with dance-inspired cardio set to hip hop music. These rhythmic sessions keep your workouts fresh and engaging.
  • Pilates Yoga: Improve flexibility, balance, and core strength in our Saturday morning pilates yoga sessions, blending relaxation and full-body conditioning.
  • Measurement & Body Comp (InBody Scan/BASIC MEASUREMENTS): Track your progress with quick, accurate body composition assessments, offered in 10-minute appointments every Saturday morning.
